EXTREMITY ADJUSTING
These are adjustments of the shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles.

ACTIVATOR ADJUSTING
The activator tool is a small hand held instrument that is used to deliver a more gentle and more specific adjustment. Activator adjustments are great for elderly people, extremities, people with osteomalacia/osteopenia, or people who simply prefer it to the diversified technique Dr. Thurman mainly uses.
E-STIM
Electrical stimulation has a wide variety of uses but Dr. Thurman uses it most commonly as a way to help minimize pain caused by muscle spasms but it can also be used to treat muscles that are underperforming and to increase recovery time for athletes.

IASTM
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization is when a tool is used to break up adhesions in the muscles to help mobilize the joint the muscle moves. Dr. Thurman uses IASTM most commonly with athletes or people that rely heavily on certain muscle groups.
HOT/COLD PACKS
Cold therapy is great for recent injuries and can be used to help patients with irritated muscles that need to relax.
Heat therapy is used to increase blood flow and circulation to an area to promote healing, it is also great for those patients that need a little help relaxing their muscles before an adjustment.
THERAPUTIC EXERCISES
Exercises prescribed to the patient to strengthen muscles that will benefit their condition. These exercises can promote ergonomics, prevent future injury, or be used as a way to increase athletic performance.
